1. Acceptance of the Terms

By clicking a purchase button, accessing, or using MacroCart, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or use the module.

2. Description of the Service

MacroCart is a software feature that is activated inside your existing Diet.AI account. It allows you to build grocery lists, organize items, and mark items while shopping. MacroCart is a convenience and organization tool only.

3. No Health, Medical, or Results Claims

MacroCart is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Nothing in the module or on this page constitutes a diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of any nutritional, health, fitness, or weight-loss outcome. Always consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes.

4. Purchase and Access

• MacroCart is offered as a one-time payment of $17 USD.
• Access is granted within your existing application account and requires no separate download.
• Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the account used at purchase.
• Prices are stated in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the module or its content.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, text, design, trademarks, and other materials related to MacroCart are owned by Infowallet LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a limited license to use the module, not ownership of it.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time in order to improve the service, comply with law, or address technical issues. We aim to provide continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infowallet LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or purchases made based on your grocery lists. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the module.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
