End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Infowallet LLC for the MacroCart software module. By activating or using MacroCart, you accept the terms of this license.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the MacroCart module inside your Diet.AI account for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

  • You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the module.
  • You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the module.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where such action is expressly permitted by law.
  • You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
  • You may not use automated means to access, scrape, or extract the module's data.

3. Ownership

The module is licensed, not sold. Infowallet LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the lists and items you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the service for you.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the module. This Agreement applies to all updates unless a separate license is provided with them.

6. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the module. Sections regarding ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The module is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MacroCart is an organization tool and does not guarantee any nutritional, health, fitness, or weight-loss result.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infowallet LLC's total liability arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the module. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
